Go-To Green Smoothie


MY GO-TO GREEN SMOOTHIE:


1/2 cup of frozen Mango chunks

1/2 cup of kale (frozen or fresh)

3 large chunks of raw ginger (1/4 cup)

1/2 large cucumber

1/2 green apple

Coconut Water (about 1/4 cup)

1 scoop of favourite protein powder (I use Garden of Life Raw Vanilla Protein)


*Top with Bee Pollen of course!
